Returns 

If you wish to cancel your order, you may notify me by e-mail within 7 days to request a cancellation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to claim a refund, you may notify me within 14 days of receiving the delivery to request a refund (minus the cost of your return postage), on condition that goods are returned 'as new'. I do not accept liability for items that are damaged during transit back to me and cannot make a refund if this happens.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, please notify me immediately.

Please do not return goods until I have arranged the returns procedure. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Deliveries 

There is no extra delivery charge made to mainland UK for glass prints as this is included in the price of the print/s.

If you purchase more than one print at a time to the same address, they will be sent as one package and no further delivery charge will be made.

Prints are normally dispatched within 14 working days using a 48 hour service courier, so you should receive your delivery within 20 days. 

Deliveries for prints require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to take delivery you may arrange an alternative time.

Prints are extremely well wrapped in thick bubble wrap and packed in a custom made cardboard parcel for complete protection. 

I unfortunately am unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. 

For overseas deliveries, please note that you may be charged import duties and taxes. Please contact me if you wish to place an order from overseas.

Privacy 

I will not release your personal details to anyone for any purposes.
